01 — Hello
Aryan
Kabra
Freelance software developer in Noida. I build dependable tools and run hands-on AI workshops.
I've spent around four years building software for clients: internal tools, dashboards, automations and, more and more, things powered by AI.
My rule of thumb is simple. If it's clever but fragile, it isn't done yet. I'd rather ship something plain that still works a year from now.

What I
build

- BWorkflow automation
- CAI-powered apps
How I work
I start by learning how your team actually works today, including the spreadsheets and workarounds nobody likes to talk about. Then I build the smallest thing that removes the most pain.
Some projects are full web apps. Others are a connected set of Google Sheets that quietly runs a whole operation. The tool fits the team, not the other way around.
What you get
Clear code, plain-language updates, and documentation that the next person can follow.

03 — Teach
AI
workshops
Hands-on sessions that show teams which AI tools help with the work they already do.
Now bookingWhat a session looks like
No hype and no hour of slides. We take real tasks from your team, try them with the right tools, and keep what actually saves time.
Sessions can be tailored department by department, so marketing, operations and leadership each leave with workflows that make sense for them.
Who it's for
Teams that know AI matters but aren't sure where to start, or who tried it once and got unimpressive results.

04 — Believe
Robust
over clever
- 01Boring tech, on purpose
- 02Explain it plainly
- 03Build for the next person
Boring tech, on purpose. Proven tools break less, and when they do, the fix is easy to find.
Explain it plainly. If I can't describe what I built in a sentence, I probably built too much.
Build for the next person. Someday someone else will open this code. It should feel like a well-labelled room, not a puzzle.

Say
hello
A project, a workshop, or just a question. I reply to everything.
[email protected]Tell me a little about what you're working on, what's getting in the way, and roughly when you'd like it sorted. That's plenty to start with.
I'm in Noida (IST), and happy to work with teams anywhere.
